Robert J. Sclabassi, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

Mr. Sclabassi brings en extensive business and academic background to his position at CDI. He has a B.S. in Engineering from Loyola University of Los Angeles and an MSEE and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Southern California. He also has an MD from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed post-graduate work in the Department of Neurology, University of California at Los Angeles. He has worked as an engineering manager, at TRW, Redondo Beach CA, on new product development in the Advanced Systems Laboratory. He has been the Vice-President of Engineering at LimTech, Inc., a startup company spun out of TRW. He has also been a faculty member at UCLA, CMU and the University of Pittsburgh. Besides chairing the board of CDI, he serves on the boards of Decision Resources, Inc., Neuro-Kinetics, Inc., and Pittsburgh Opera. He is also on the Board of Regents of Loyola Marymount University.

Sharon E. Enos, President & Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Sharon Enos has been the President and Chief Operations Officer of Computational Diagnostics, Inc. for the past 20 years. Since 1989, CDI has received FDA authority to market NeuroNet, tripled the number of clinical staff, increased service hospitals from three to twenty-eight, and moved from a 1,500 square feet facility to a site over 5,000 square feet. In Addition, CDI has contracted with various federal entities generating revenues of over $1,900,000.

Rafael E. Herrera, Director of Development, Engineering & Manufacturing

Mr. Herrera, MSEE, has been with CDI since 2003, he is responsible for the development, implementation and manufacturing of the NeuroNet products, including the NeuroNet V, NeuroNet VI and the NeuroNet Remote Monitoring System. In addition, he also directs the maintenance of deployed NeuroNet systems. Mr. Herrera has extensive experience in both hardware and software design and the management of related tasks.
