CDI has five components to its business:

	Products To develop and market network facilitated instrumentation, based on the NeuroNet technology.
	Intraoperative Monitoring Services To provide IOM services utilizing our efficient and effective practice model.
	Educational Programs To provide high quality educational programs in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring.
	Consultation Services To consult in the area of clinical neurophysiology with hospitals and other health care providers.
	Research To investigate novel telemedicine devices in support of clinical neurophysiology.
